This option is based on a time-spent fee calculation upfront. You provide us with the outline details of the project and we provide an estimate of how much the recruitment requirement will cost you. If there are any major changes from the original brief, any additional cost-burdens will be notified in advance. However we aim to provide a cost proposal within a 10% margin of the original brief.
Services can be split into offerings such as:
Long-list only identification. We provide likely target candidates that meet your job brief. We pass the long-list onto you and it is yours then to do as you wish with it.
Short-list. Based on your feedback as to which target candidates should be approached from your review of the prepared long-list, we then have an exploratory conversation with the desired candidates and provide feedback and CVs to you, to progress. You can choose to hire as many of these candidates as you desire, now or in the future.
Full-service. We take the brief for the job requirement. We present the short-list of interviewed, best-fit candidates, arrange for them to meet the internal team and when the process has been concluded, we can do the offer negotiation, to bring them to contract signing point.
